A Teardrop Falls

a teardrop falls,

abort from eyes to cheek, the clear bubble.

a teardrop falls,

as we fail to speak, we only hope, to throw our troubles.

a teardrop falls,

and we deem ourselves weak, we give into the demon that chuckles.

a teardrop falls,

a lost smiling streak, our eyes proceed to slowly turn purple.

a teardrop falls,

a broken physique, our damaged minds only begin to crumble.

a teardrop falls,

a world gone bleak, this is only one of the many stumbles.
